Safder started his career as a trainee associates in the chambers of a senior advocate in 2008. He has an experience of more than 10 years as a Regulatory & Disputes lawyer. Safder has exclusively practiced law in Telecom, Media, Technology (TMT) & Energy. Safder has been working on the original side and has been appearing before the District Courts as also the High Court. He has gained vast knowledge of conducting the trials on the Civil and Criminal sides of the Law. Safder has also worked as a part of inhouse team of a large Electricity Distribution Company as also Telecom Company. He has worked with the offices of Additional Solicitor General of India before Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi.
