Kunal started his career in 2013 with J. Sagar Associates (JSA), working as an Associate (2013-17) and as a Senior Associate (2017-18) in the Regulatory, Policy and Commercial Disputes practices, before pursuing his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Cambridge in 2018-19.
As a disputes attorney, specializing in regulatory work, Kunal has practiced in the Telecom, Broadcasting, Real Estate, Insolvency, Environmental, Energy and Aviation space, and had the opportunity to appear before a number of courts and tribunals across the country, including the Supreme Court and the High Courts at Delhi and Mumbai.
Kunal’s experience of working in an Indian law firm along with his exposure to international commercial jurisprudence, while doing short stints at some of the most renowned commercial sets (Barrister chambers) in London during his Masters, has placed him well to not only guide clients through the most challenging disputes but provide them with innovative yet viable solutions.
